About: Learn the basics of working with ArcGIS Pro, including some workflows and best practices. This workshop will teach you to navigate the interface, create and edit projects, analyze data, use the raster functions pane, analyze vector and raster data and utilize geoprocessing tools.

ArcGIS Pro allows you to view, edit, analyze, and share your GIS data quickly and efficiently using a modern, ribbon-based interface and streamlined workflows. ArcGIS Pro is also designed to be web-connected, so you can access information stored online as easily as data that you have stored locally and then share it online or locally with equal ease.

Note, the room change to 1014 Wickson Hall. Registration encouraged as there are limited computer workstations and chairs.

How to prepare:

    1. Register for Event.
      1. Note: If you are not a UC Davis affiliate and plan to use our computers you must register 24 hours in advance so we can create a temporary account. Otherwise plan to bring your own laptop as noted below.
    2. (Optional) If you bring your own laptop:
      1. Install ArcGIS Pro 2.3 and  test your ArcGIS Online Organizational Account
      2. Note: if you are not a UC Davis affiliate, ESRI will provide workshop accounts for the session. Free Trial.
